This last week was kind of quiet for me. I didn't run my required mileage per my training schedule.
Monday: 45 minutes Pilate's
Wednesday: 4 miles
Sunday: 10 miles
I know I felt great, after my 18 miles last weekend but a few days later my body definitely felt burnt out and with my 20 miles coming up this weekend I needed a "body break." Probably not the smartest thing ever but I think one of the most important things in working out is "listening" to what your body is telling you. Sore knees, sore ankles, and small blisters were just some of my signs. So I took this week to re-charge, calm my aching body down, and am ready to run on.
