Tuesday: 2.8 miles
Wednesday: 3.5 miles
Thursday: 7 miles
Saturday/Sunday: cross training i.e. installing wood floors!
Monday: 10 miles
This week I felt pretty great running. I completed 10 miles yesterday after work and I definitely felt pretty tired...I think it might have something to do with helping the hubby install our new wood floors all weekend. My back and legs were killing me! So since I felt pretty tired I really tried not to pay attention to time this week and just complete mileage.
I definitely ran pretty slow...10 miles felt like a life time. But I didn't quit, I kept going and that is what matters right. When the going gets tough, the tough keep going. Run on!
